How to Install

Download & unzip

Click the button above and unzip the downloaded file to a folder on your computer.

Open the extensions page

Navigate to chrome://extensions in your browser's address bar.

Enable Developer mode

Toggle the Developer mode switch in the top-right corner.

Load the extension

Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.

Already installed? Update to 1.2.0

Older builds only worked on a handful of retail sites and pointed at a local development server, so nothing happened when you pressed Run comps. To update:

  1. Download the zip above and unzip it over (or next to) your old folder.
  2. Open chrome://extensions and press Remove on the old Kickflip entry.
  3. Press Load unpacked and select the new folder.
  4. Open the side panel → Settings and confirm the API base URL reads https://usekickflip.com, then hit Test connection.
  5. In the side panel Settings, press Connect account so Pro and free-account allowances apply to extension searches.

How to Use

  1. 1.Open any product page — Kickflip reads listings on any online store, with tuned extraction for eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Amazon, Walmart and 20+ others. If a page can't be read, type the item name and price straight into the panel.
  2. 2.Click the Kickflip toolbar icon to open the side panel, or right-click anywhere on the page and choose "Check flip margin with Kickflip".
  3. 3.Press Run comps. Your browser fetches sold-listing data from other marketplaces — Kickflip applies fees, taxes, shipping, and margin math to show you the best place to resell.
  4. 4.Results are ranked by CVI (Comp Value Index). Click View comps to check the listings, or Save to Kickflip to add the item to your watchlist.

Each comps run uses one calculation from your monthly allowance. Free accounts get 3 calculations/month; Pro is $5/year for unlimited.
